At Pilling Financial, we are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Administrator to join our forward thinking and progressive Independent Financial Advice company, to help us to strengthen and grow our client base over the coming years.
Based in the market town of Morpeth in an attractive, modern and newly refurbished office space in the prestigious Sanderson Arcade, Pilling Financial is an established company (since 2002), recently rebranded to Pilling Financial from D&P Asset Management.

Our administrator is at the heart of our data and research systems and performs a crucial role in communicating with and reporting and making recommendations to our clients.
As our administrator, you would work closely with company director Andrew Pilling to do the necessary research, compilation and creation of reports and recommendations to our clients.
We are looking for administrator with a good understanding of the following software systems.
· Intelligent Office
· Dynamic Planner
· FE Analytics
However, we would be interested in hearing from experienced and pro-active administrators without experience of these systems, as training can be made available for the right person.
A willingness to learn about the area of investments and to understand how Pilling Financial advises its clients is essential. A good understanding of how investments work, the risk associated with different types investments and the like would be an advantage but is not essential.
The salary is up to £25,000 per annum based on 5 days. The role is also offered at 3-4 days pro rata if the right applicant prefers part time or more flexible working to fit with other responsibilities.
There is also the opportunity to work from home for a portion of the working week with systems already in place to do so, as well as being able to work your hours around family life. We believe in being flexible in order to get the best from our staff and to gain the best results for the company.
As well as the salary, we are offering generous pension contributions, 28 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays and annual bonuses are available related to the company’s success.
In addition, should the successful applicant still be in post at the point the business is eventually sold for retirement purposes, there will be an additional renumeration related to the value of the sale.
